In theory, this page is dedicated to the great victories and triumphs of man over machinery that are my obsession and hobby - motorcycle racing.

In grim reality, this page shows some nice bikes being ridden by a talentless optimist determined to scrape a national race licence up from somewhere in order to race in the Isle of Man.

Still it's something to spend the hard earned money on instead of things like furniture, so I'm happy to carry on until such time as I lose heart altogether, get fed up of watching TV on a cardboard box or have a crash that really hurts!

I've tried almost every race class going (or so it feels like) and having just left the Sound of Thunder/Open class I'm contemplating my future in another class and it's back to classics on the Honda CB350K4 I've spent the last 18 months building from a collection of bits....

The problem is - I spend more time building the flaming things than racing them.... which might be why I've already started a CB450 Black Bomber race conversion and a CR750 race conversion!
